Founding Mothers Exhibit

Who were the women who stood beside the men who founded Norwich? Where did they come from? How did they demonstrate their strength?

What did they do? Pam Chaplin and Genevieve Calcasola will lead us through the development of Norwich through the eyes of the strong and brave women who were the first to make homes out of the houses they first had to build.

On May 23, 2009, we'll be hosting a tribute to these women and to the opening of the first ever exhibit all about the "Founding Women of Norwich, CT" with a tea from 1 PM-3 PM on the first floor of the museum.
