Leffingwell House Wish ListLike most non-profits, we rely on the generosity of our members and the community we serve for support and donations. In addition to your membership, which we really hope you will consider, from time to time we need items that are not in our budget but are very important to enhancing the museum and the work we do providing a look into Norwich's history and role in the American Revolution. Help Make a Storytime MemoryStorytime Update: Our current electrical system does not allow us to run the lights and our new fireplace inserts at the same time. Let's face it, atmosphere adds a lot to a story! The electrical breaker box needs to be updated and grounded so that additional lighting for evening programs can be installed safely. An estimate has been received for $1,050.00 for installing the box including labor but not including any light fixtures. Can you help by making a donation to the story time fund? $5, $10 any amount will help. About VolunteeringAs activity increases at the museum, more than ever we need more volunteers. Please consider spending an afternoon or two at the museum. During the fall shoulder season is the perfect time to plan exhibits for next year and for freshening our displays. |
