Norwichtown CT Historic Trail Patch–Sponsored by the Leffingwell House Museum in Norwich
Hike any of the Historic Walk Norwichtown Trails, either by starting at the Leffingwell House Museum, 348 Washington St Norwich, or at the Norwich Heritage Center located on the Norwichtown Green. Follow the trails around Norwichtown and experience the scenes of Benedict Arnold’s youth, see the homes of Norwich Founders and signers of the Declaration of Independence, climb to the top of Meetinghouse Rocks, go into the Old Burying Ground. You will see the “Olde Towne” of Norwich, circa 1659, and find out about some of its history. Upon completion, commemorative patches are available for $5.00 each at the Leffingwell House Museum.
